Awana volunteer internships* are for college-age students who want to check out full-time ministry but are not yet sure they want to make it their lifetime commitment.

All types of internships are available! Based on need, interns can spend their summer anywhere in the United States – from Alaska to Florida and from Arizona to Maine, in the field or at Awana headquarters.

Wherever you go, you’ll:

• Grow closer to God
• Be spiritually challenged
• Join a network of people who believe in the salvation of all children and youth
• Understand how different people live.

Awana serves more than 17,000 churches within the U.S. and internationally, reaching more than one million children and youth each year. As a volunteer intern, you are part of something big!

* Volunteer internships are non-paying jobs. As part of the program, you are expected to raise personal prayer and financial support from friends, family, churches and/or missions boards in order to cover expenses. You will be given all the tools, resources and training needed to raise your support.
