kids in Myanmar need JesusCyclone Kills 22,000 in Myanmar; Please Pray
Awana has 38 churches in Myanmar, where a typhoon has wreaked havoc. Jess Curabo, our regional ministry director for Southeast Asia, called the situation “utter devastation. No power. No water. Stores shut. Food supplies running out. Praise God our worker and his family are safe. All the windows on their home were blasted by winds. The entire place is soaked. They have a deep well at the back of their house so they have water to boil for drinking. It's petrol and food that is a big problem for now. Please keep praying for them and the situation in Yangon.”

India flagInternational Focus on … India
Today 1,232 Awana clubs are raising kids in India to know, love and serve Christ. Most of the 300 million children under age 15 have never heard of Jesus. Eighty percent of the population is Hindu; only 2.3 percent are Christians. Kids are easily exploited, and many face involuntary servitude. But Awana is making a difference.
