Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
If you need to return an item, please follow these directions:
There is a return form on the back of the packing slip. This form should only be
used for those items that are listed on the packing slip. Follow the
instructions on the return form carefully.
Fill out the information section on the return form. This enables us to process
your return correctly. For each item that you wish to return, please
include:

Description of the item

Quantity

The reason for returning it
Use the code listed at the bottom of the form that most closely applies to the
product(s) you are returning.
A shipping label will be attached to the packing slip. Use this when you ship
your return.
If you do not have the packing slip for any items you want to return, make a
separate copy of the return form and include:

Church name and address

Customer account number
-
Order number — if available
-
Item number
-
Quantity
-
Description of each item
-
The reason you are returning each item

Name and phone number of contact person
If your return does not include this information, we will deduct a 30%
restocking charge from your account.

Please note the following:

If your return is the result of a mistake or over-order on your part, it will
incur a 20% restocking charge. (For example, if you buy a book and then decide
you don’t want it, we will take it back, but you only receive 80% credit for
it.) The credit and restocking charge will be applied to your account and a
credit invoice will be sent to your billing address. We will not reimburse or
credit shipping costs in these instances.

If you need to return something because of a mistake we made, you will receive
full credit for it. We will issue credit when we have received the returned
items and checked that they are current and in resalable condition.For items
(except for handbooks) that are sold as packages, we can only give credit if
you return the complete package.

If any items that you return to Awana do not meet the criteria for crediting
(see above), then we are not responsible to contact you with an explanation or
to return the items to you. We will dispose of or donate the items
as we see fit. If you have questions, you may contact us.

We will not accept returned items that arrive C.O.D.

Do not include any payments or orders in your returns, as they will not be
processed in a timely manner.

If you need to return items shipped directly from the supplier, such as race
tracks, finish-line detectors or quizzing boxes, please return items directly
to the manufacturer.

Pals, Chums, Pioneers and Guards; Friends; and Braille materials are no longer
returnable.
