The Search Function

The Search function, available in most of the Ministry Guide screens, allows you to locate information based on criteria that you choose.

To use the Search function:

1. Enter search criteria in one or more of the blank fields adjacent to the Search button. The example below shows the Search fields for the User Maintenance screen.
   
   
   
   
   

   It's important to note that the application looks for matches for each field in which you enter a search phrase. As a result, if you enter a search phrase in a field and that search phrase is not found, the search results will return empty even if matches are found for other fields in the same search.

2. Click the Search button. If results matching the search criteria are found, they are displayed. If no results or partial results are found, the screen fields are blank.
