New! Training Tracker Keeps Tabs on Your Progress

The new Awana Leader Award System recognizes leaders who seek out ministry training and honors those who desire to serve the Lord with excellence!

To document the number of RIUs a leader has earned, Awana introduces Training Tracker. Training Tracker is the new Web-based system that allows volunteer leaders to record all the training and ministry experience they’ve completed. Watch your total number of RIUs grow with each entry!

Getting Started as easy as one – two – three! A complete course list and achievement-level information can be found under the Training Tracker Tab available within the new Awana Resources and Tools (ART) Web page!

Awana Leader at a computer
  1. Ask your commander to register for Awana Resources and Tools (ART).
  2. Register yourself in ART.
  3. Locate the Training Tracker Tab, search the course catalog and request credit for the training or ministry experience you’ve completed.

After Awana leaders record their completed training in Training Tracker, an e-mail is automatically sent to their Awana commander for verification. Once verified by the commander, the Awana leader is eligible to wear the RIU pins on his name card and the achievement lanyard he has earned.

It's just that simple! Sign up now!

There are over 100 ways to earn RIUs. They’re all listed in the Training Tracker course catalog. Check out a few of the ways to earn RIUs! You may have already earned some! Once you know your total, you’ll be ready to wear:
