The Awana Basics online learning modules below are designed to give you the basics of being an Awana leader. The Basic Core are four modules that we think every leader should experience. These will set the foundation for being a great Awana leader! The 14 Beyond Basics modules are electives. Feel free to choose the ones that pertain to your role. Come back and do other modules at your convenience because as leaders, we are never done learning.

What is Awana?
An overview of the Awana ministry — the mission, the purpose, and the focus.
The very core of Awana is that we are centered on the gospel. Without the gospel, we have no purpose and no ministry.
Explores the characteristics and responsibilities of good leaders and how they can continue to grow in their role.
