I’ve never been to Vantage. What will it be like?
The Vantage Conference is an amazing one-day conference where you’ll hear from influential voices from the worlds of kidmin, leadership, cultural engagement and Christian thought, as well as get a preview of new Awana products and solutions. You’ll also learn new and practical ways to engage parents and volunteers, while getting to the heart of the Awana mission to reach kids with the Gospel around the world and create lifelong disciples.
Is Vantage relevant if I don’t have Awana at my church?
The Vantage Conference is a unique event that will equip you to reach more kids with the Gospel and lifelong discipleship. We commit to bring you a diverse lineup of speakers who will help you navigate timely and practical topics that will encourage, challenge and strengthen your children’s ministry. The Vantage Conference will also feature Awana solutions and product previews so even though you may not utilize the Awana ministry at your church, our hope would be that in addition to the amazing and practical content, you would also begin to see and imagine how Awana could serve your church in fulfilling its mission.
How do I register for Vantage?
To register for Vantage, simply visit awana.org/vantage and click any button you see that says ‘Register’. You will be forwarded to a section that explains the two viewing options (live streaming/on-site), select your option and move forward to purchase. You will also be given the option to register for our Pre-Conference Experience being held the day prior to the event. If you have any questions about registration, please email email@example.com.
How is the conference content made available?
We provide access to the Vantage Conference through onsite participation Awana Global Headquarters or through an internet connection where participants can either stream it live or access the recorded content for up to 120 days after the live event (Aug 5th).
We paid to stream Vantage. How will that work?
Without getting too far into the technology of things, your team will be able to stream Vantage at your church or ministry site. Each registration buys a site license. If you have any questions about streaming, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I have to stream Vantage at the same time as the live event?
No, the streaming purchase gives you access to conference content for up to 120 days following the live event (Aug 5th). You and your team can choose to stream the conference at your convenience (either all at once or in segments).
If I can stream the conference, what’s the advantage of attending the live event?
Streaming the conference or watching Vantage online is a great option, however there is something truly irreplaceable about joining us onsite at Awana Global Headquarters. Attending Vantage in person allows you to join with us in live worship, eat lunch together, connect and network with other leaders and commanders from around the world. You’ll also be able to take advantage of limited time and special sale-priced items at our conference store where we’ll feature resources from our keynote speakers. This year for the first time ever when you register to join us onsite you will also get the option to register for the pre-conference where you will be able to choose two from five available tracks that will provide a more in-depth look at solutions for your ministry.
If I attend the conference at Awana Global Headquarters, will I have a place to stay?
Awana will reserve a limited block of rooms at a local hotel, and will provide discounted room rates for those who request lodging. If you would like to request lodging, please email email@example.com.
Is childcare provided?
No. The Vantage conference is a one-day event. Our hope is that a jam-packed day of amazing content will equip you to reach more kids and create disciples, but our reach does not include on-site childcare.
In case of a last-minute cancellation, will I be able to get a refund on my registration or transfer to another member of my team?
Yes! If you request a refund, your money will be processed and returned to you within the next business week, unless otherwise noted. It is also simple and easy to contact us and let us know that you would like to change the registrant’s name.
