What New Idea or Process Have You Implemented This Year?
Most clubs are still in the early days of their ministry year, but it’s a great time to check in and figure out how we can work this year to reach kids for Christ. Here are a few ways some of our leaders are doing just that.
“We are going virtual by using Uber Meets and FB live at the same time. Kids recite their verses to leaders using the Marco Polo app. Clubs meet for about 20 minutes virtually, but have the option of adding additional videos throughout the week of Bible study, a Cubbie puppet show, etc. Our Commander set up FB groups for each club so we can interact with parents and clubbers in those, as well. Our Commander has been amazing through all of this and brought up the good point that for some of our [kids] this may be the first time the Gospel is actually in their home.” – Alyson

“We are doing pickup like they do in school. … parents line up in their cars and we bring the kids out to them at the end of Awana. It is working great!” – rebell512
