Awana Curriculum

Awana at Appleton Alliance Church

Awana has a maintained a high standard of discipling kids to both know and apply the Word of God. In our church, we’ve referred to Awana as a “growth engine,” due to the high number of families that attend the ministry and are then introduced to the church. Even though this fast-paced, fun ministry attracts kids, it often becomes a discipleship tool for both children and parents as many parents begin to coach their kids through the books at home.

Awana at Appleton Alliance Church

Appleton Alliance Church has one of the largest Awana Clubs in the U.S. They chose Awana for their midweek children’s ministry because it enables them to more effectively reach their community with the gospel. As kids visit and begin to engage in their spiritual journey, they bring their parents along and whole families are transformed. Awana helps Appleton Alliance Church fulfill their mission of reaching children and families in their community and around the world.

We are a proud Awana church. All my kids are now going through it. I thought there might be something better out there, we looked around to find it, but there is nothing out there that compares to Awana – it is the best there is.

When a church tells me they have an Awana program, I put them on a different level of having a priority for spiritual formation of young people. Awana is one of the finest Christian organizations in the world today.
