After Super Typhoon Haiyan devastated areas of the Philippines in 2013, Zoilo led Awana in international relief efforts to care for the churches and communities of Tacloban and the surrounding areas. Zoilo rallied support from believers and Awana churches in both South Korea and the U.S. to offer continual assistance to families in the area—providing clothing, funds, and rebuilding homes.
