Eric Provost
Global Vice President Canada
Eric Provost is global vice president of Awana Canada. He joined Awana in 2013 as Canada’s Regional Director for Ontario, then later became Associate Director and was appointed as Canada’s Executive Director in 2020. In each role, he has brought strong leadership and a passion for equipping churches to reach and disciple the next generation. Eric has over a decade of experience in youth ministry and more than 18 years of service in the local church and Christian camps. Over the past 20 years, Eric has worked with ministries, nonprofits and businesses, focusing on culture and team development, as well as operational and strategic planning. He eventually left the business world to dedicate those skills to advancing child discipleship in Canada and beyond.
He, his wife, Kerry, and their two children, Christian and Ava, live in Komoka, Ontario. Outside of ministry, Eric and his family share a passion for the outdoors, whether it’s snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking or barbecuing! They are deeply committed to serving others through their local church, community and across Canada.
Eric’s favorite Bible verse is 1 Corinthians 13:13, ESV: So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
