Reading the Bible on a mobile device is becoming more and more common. If you’re like me, you use the YouVersion Bible App to read on your phone or tablet. So we decided to ask YouVersion if there was any opportunity for Awana to publish reading plans using their platform. Our friends at YouVersion have been incredible. From setting up the files, to getting the interface looking good, we’re so appreciative of their efforts and work.
So without further ado, we’re so thrilled to announce that Awana has launched two reading plans on YouVersion! Even better news: They’re both available in English and Spanish starting today!
Here’s what you need to know:
Reading Plan #1: My Place in God’s World
- Every child deserves to know their place in God’s world. This three-day reading plan helps kids build that understanding on three foundational ideas: God knows you, God made you, and God has plans for you. Based on Psalm 139, each day centers around a short study that families will enjoy reading together.

- How do you make the most of your gifts? What has God put on your heart? What does He want you to do? Written specifically for emerging adults, college students, and young leaders, this four-day reading plan will help you understand your passion and pursue what God has in store for you.
