10 Reasons to Attend the Child Discipleship Forum
As children’s ministry leaders, pastors and parents navigating a changing world, we desire to seek God and come together to build resilient disciples who know, love and serve Jesus Christ. At the 2021 Child Discipleship Forum, we’ll partner together to answer the question, “Are we adequately preparing today’s kids to engage in the culture and lead the Church of the future?”
Join us Sept. 16-17 in Nashville, Tennessee or online to learn from and be encouraged, rejuvenated and enlivened by speakers on cultural changes, child advocacy and local church ministry.
We know it can be overwhelming to decide where to invest in your learning as a child advocate, so we built a list of reasons why you’ll want to attend the 2021 Child Discipleship Forum. We can’t wait to invest in children and the future of the Church with you!

There is so much to look forward to at this year’s forum; narrowing it down to just 10 reasons was a challenge! With that said, we are especially jazzed about the leading voices you’ll hear from, including Dr. Denise Kjesbo, professor and director at Bethel Seminary in the Master of Arts in Children’s and Family Ministry program, named among the Top 20 Influencers in children’s ministry by Children’s Ministry Magazine; Christopher Yuan, professor at Moody Bible Institute and author of Out of a Far Country: A Gay Son’s Journey to God, a Broken Mother’s Search for Hope; Eli Bonilla Jr., U.S. NextGen chair and OneHope ministry worker, who will speak on multicultural ministry and kingdom living. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg! Check out all our amazing speakers!

Let’s unite to learn how we can all invest in and advocate for today’s kids as we follow Jesus’ example from Luke 9:47-48, Whoever receives this child in my name receives me, and whoever receives me receives Him who sent me; for the one who is least among all of you, this is the one who is great.
