Clearing the Hurdles: Pray for Asia Pacific

Asia Pacific

A third of the world’s population is living in the Asia Pacific region, with 801 of its ethnic people groups still unreached by the Gospel. And the data on world population says nearly 30% of those people are children. The gap is wide, but what it translates into is kingdom potential. Imagine reaching every one of those children with the good news of Jesus!

It’s a worthy goal, but not an easy one to reach.

In the Asia Pacific ministry area, language barriers and civil wars are a near-constant challenge. Poverty is rampant. There’s strong resistance to the Gospel, and even the believers still don’t fully see the importance of child discipleship. But in the 11,248 Awana clubs in Asia Pacific, leaders continue to serve, innovate and create to overcome these challenges.

And they never stop praying. Join our Awana child discipleship ministries in Asia Pacific as they pray over their homeland, the children, and the leaders in it.

(Video bonuses: Look for “are everybody else’s eyes actually closed? Or are they all looking at me right now?” in the Philippines. And you can just smell that grass and feel the fresh air in Indonesia.)
