How to do Awana Grand Prix with Cubbies
Does your Cubbies group participate in an Awana Grand Prix event? We’ve heard a variety of ways that different groups have brought this fun event to a preschooler’s level!
Some clubs have kids get the simple kits where the child receives help from a parent to craft the car into the shape of the child’s choice. Some clubs buy pre-shaped cars and just let their Cubbies paint and decorate them. Other clubs might let Cubbies use cars from a previous year’s event. We even heard from some clubs who run a Grand Prix event where kids bring in their favorite toy cars from home.
No matter what age a Grand Prix event is targeting, it can function as a great outreach event for friends in the community.
